The Challenge

Chris’ IGA Supermarket was faced with an increase in local competition, and so was seeking a customer retention strategy to ensure success in the market. The Solution

We conducted a review of current activities and were able to identify inefficiencies in reporting and customer tracking. We therefore proposed the development of a centralised customer database, as well as a tailored customer loyalty voucher redemption program, that was easily deployed into their current register system.

This data solution further enhanced customer loyalty and resulted in effective tracking of buying behaviours for use in strategic business planning.
