The Challenge

We used iPrint, a national print service giving clients fast turnaround and high quality, and iMail, a mail processing solution created by us to resolve current inadequacies. The Results
We process J.J. Richards Monthly Statements and Invoices using Intelligent-inserting techniques from an automated data processing system. JJ Richards can approve their proofs online through our iProof system and each statement is printed, folded and inserted using the variable data provided. These messages can be the same for all statements or individual customers can receive specialised, personalised messages based on the type of information contained within the data.
