All of Brisbane Powerhouse's print material including posters, flyers and the program guide require a fast turnaround. However the continual juggling of suppliers and varying print specialties were making it difficult to meet deadlines and were compromising quality.

Brisbane Powerhouse was also losing time between the printing stage and mailing stage because these functions were managed by different companies. It was difficult for a supplier to be held accountable as each indicated the other was responsible for delays.


The Answer

GJI’s Customer Communications Team took over the management of all printing and mailing processes.
