The Results

Our Customer Communications Team processes J.J. Richards monthly statements and invoices using intelligent-inserting techniques driven by automated data processing. The client can approve proofs online and each statement is printed, folded and inserted using the variable data provided. These messages can be the same for all statements or individual customers can receive customised, personalised messages based on information we extract from the data.
