GJI has a fantastic opportunity for a highly organised Receptionist/Administration Officer Extraordinaire to join our awesome company!

THE POSITION
You will be based at reception where you will impress clients (both in person & over the phone) & be confident in turning your hand to any administration task.

Your Position Responsibilities will include:

  • Director of First Impressions
  • Answering & Transferring Incoming Calls
  • Meet & Greet all Clients & Visitors
  • Co-ordinate Meeting Rooms which includes Bookings, Catering & Maintenance
  • Incoming & Outgoing Mail
  • Ordering & Maintaining all Stationery, Kitchen & Bathroom Supplies
  • Banking
  • Data Entry
  • Income Receipting
  • Purchase Orders
  • Accounts Payable
  • Filing & Archiving
  • Provide General Administration Support to all Departments

THE PERSON
To be considered for the role you will have the following skills & attributes:

  • Reception Experience & a love of Face to Face Reception
  • Committed to Providing Outstanding Levels of Customer Service
  • A Professional, Confident & Enthusiastic approach to your work
  • Ability to Multi-task, Prioritise & Meet Deadlines
  • Experience in Hospitality will be highly regarded
  • MYOB Experience or an Interest in Accounts preferred but not essential
  • Intermediate Computer Skills (Word, Excel & Outlook) are a must
  • Immaculate Presentation
  • Outgoing Personality
  • Highly Organised
  • Strong Written & Verbal Communication Skills
  • Meticulous Eye for Detail
  • Self Motivated
  • Punctual, Reliable & Honest
  • Current Drivers License & Own Car
