Mark James, Director of GJI spoke at the Tony Ferguson Weightloss Program Annual Conference at the Surfers Paradise Marriott last week.

Over 160 owners and operators from Tony Ferguson outlets around Australia and New Zealand (including participating Terry White Chemists) gathered on the Gold Coast to celebrate their successes and take a look at the future of their business.
GJI has been working with the Tony Ferguson Weightloss Program to deliver direct mail campaigns and unlock the potential of their data through iPredict - GJI’s intelligence service.

Mark’s presentation included the success of direct mail campaigns to date with growth in New Year sales of 23% more than the previous year.
He also shared highlights from advanced analysis including the identification of tactical clusters of customers, and strategic stages in the Tony Ferguson experience to improve business performance.
