Introducing Karen Burrows - iPredict Business Analyst

Karen is a specialist in database marketing; with a diverse background in marketing management, she understands the needs of Marketing Managers today, and the importance of understanding customer data to achieve a better return on marketing spend.  Karen is originally from New Zealand and recently spent 6 years working in the United Kingdom. She has travelled to over 50 countries and visited more than half of the states in America.


Karen is dedicated to helping clients understand and predict customer behaviour, and establish measures that will tell them how effective their marketing is performing.  It is through applying proven database marketing techniques and statistical methodologies that she is able to reveal customer insights and prescribe the best opportunities for our clients.


By turning customer data into intelligence she has been able to find opportunities in customer databases to improve direct sales, direct marketing, communications, acquisition, retention, advertising/media selection, and business development.  She brings a wealth of experience across a range of applied marketing practices to GJI.  She has worked on marketing projects in a range of industries including:
