GJI Hosts Customer Insight Seminar
11 June, 2010
We had a great turnout to another session in our series of Customer Insight Breakfast Seminars. Francois van der Walt provided guests with some key strategic ways to benchmark the performance of an organisation and to measure changes over time.
According to Francois the most important factor relating to benchmarking is to ensure the results are put into context. “Numbers on their own are meaningless, it's about interpreting the results in relation to other relevant information,” said Francois.
